About this role

Job Description: The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the People Operations Team. In this role, the HRBP supports culture and engagement of our combined 22,000+ Team Members for Main Event and Dave and Buster’s, directly supports Field leaders and Team Members, and ensures that we have the right people and capabilities to achieve the company’s business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as strategic business partner and consultant to Field leaders, anticipating needs for change, recommending solutions, and influencing sustainable resolutions and change.
