SUMMARY: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the project team with the daily management and execution of the construction process for multiple and large, complex projects. Partnering with the DAVIS Superintendents, this role is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to safety, quality, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, subcontracting and contract administration functions.
