Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Morganton and Hickory area of Western North Carolina. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon hours.
The Morganton and Hickory area is home to one of the largest Guatemalan Mayan communities in the United States — a community with extraordinary need for culturally competent mental health care and almost no bilingual clinical resources to meet it.
