Facility: Dayton Children's - Main Campus Department: Development Administration Schedule: Full time Hours: 40 Job Details: Reporting to the Director of Major & Planned Gifts, the Donor Relations Specialist is responsible for successfully developing and overseeing implementation of a creative and strategic donor relations plan that enriches relationships between donors and hospital. The primary objectives of this position are to identify and enhance donor relations initiatives, especially for major and planned gift donors; steward key stakeholders; create meaningful donor communications, coordinate grateful family interactions and manage donor recognition programs.
