About this role

Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and grow the company’s global affiliate program, with a focus on high-value partnerships. Leverage your existing affiliate book to bring onboard active affiliates and IBs. Negotiate and implement CPA, CPL, and hybrid deals to maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure compliance with company policies. Identify new partnership opportunities across global markets, with a special focus on MENA, Europe, and emerging regions. Provide ongoing support to affiliates, ensuring strong and lasting relationships. Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams for smooth affiliate onboarding and tracking.
