Key Responsibilities Lead the company’s expansion and growth in the assigned country by acquiring retail and institutional clients. Leverage your existing portfolio and network to generate immediate business. Identify local opportunities, partners, influencers, and introducing brokers (IBs) to build sustainable client acquisition channels. Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and maintain a positive company image. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to localise campaigns and improve user engagement. Manage customer support and operations in your region, if needed, to ensure high satisfaction and client retention.
