Job Description: Job Title: Credit Officer, AVP Location: Mumbai, India Role Description Opening within the US Structured Finance Credit Team that supports LDCM (Leveraged Debt Capital Markets) Desk. This role involves responsibility for managing structured corporate credit portfolio with focus upon Leveraged lending. End to end monitoring of portfolio and in addition includes transaction approval and/or recommendation of credit & underwriting approvals including (but not limited to) credit and cash flow analysis, review of credit terms in loan and derivatives documentation and interfacing with Senior Management and Business personnel on risk issues.…
