Sie trägt die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Kernprozesse über alle Marken und Vertriebskanäle hinweg. Zum Portfolio gehören unter anderem ZVKK, SAP DM, SAP Hybris, SAP Bank Analyzer sowie der Zinsmarkt. In enger Abstimmung mit PB Transformation, PB Produktmanagement und PB Operations unterstützt die Sub-Domäne 'Accounts & Deposits' die strategischen Ziele im Retailbanking.
