Job Description: Aufgaben Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für das Marktgebiet inklusive fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führung der marktregionalen Firmenkundenteams sowie der konsequenten Ausrichtung auf Wachstum, Profitabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit. Sie verantworten die strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Top-Kundenportfolios im Marktgebiet, führen relevante Client Service Teams und optimieren die Wallet- und Marktausschöpfung auf Basis wertorientierter Steuerung. Sie entwickeln Mitarbeitende und die Führungskultur in Ihrem Marktgebiet gezielt weiter, fördern Qualifizierung, Feedback- und Speak-Up-Kultur und agieren als inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit im Sinne der Wertecharta und des Leadership Kompass.…
