Job Description: Details of the Division and Team: Responsible for being the first point of contact for our external clients from inception to account closure. The purpose of the client services function is to enhance the client’s experience with Deutsche Bank through supporting any queries, building a strong relationship with our clients and broadcasting client related information to the bank’s various departments. While the primary support is for Japanese clients, the expectation of this role is to also serve as a support for APAC clients as part of the regional FXPB and HausFX Client Service team.
