In this role you work closely with all colleagues within the operation, along with the wider Management Team and support functions to ensure delivery of a first class, professional and consistent Operation. As a Warehouse Team Leader at Debenhams Group, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will play a critical role in optimising productivity and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The working hours for this role is Tuesday - Saturday, 07:00am - 15:00pm Key responsibilities - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives.
