Dechert LLP is searching for an entry-level paralegal in New York to join its Finance and Real Estate practice group. The paralegal will work independently to assist attorneys with preparing signature pages and drafting documents, organizing annual perfection opinions, and assisting with closings in addition to other responsibilities. The paralegal will support attorneys and other members of the Finance and Real Estate practice group, in addition to interacting with clients, outside counsel, and external vendors. The paralegal will need to think critically to determine work priorities. They will need to efficiently solve problems during fast-paced and pressure-filled transactional matters. Paralegals have a minimum annual billing target of 1500 earning hours.…
