About this role
ESRE BayWa r.e. España S.L.U. What you will do: You will prepare annual and interim financial statements, as well as consolidated financial statements for the group. You will prepare and review IFRS reporting packages for group companies. You will record accounting transactions for project entities, including provisions, depreciation, temporary adjustments, and foreign exchange differences. You will generate monthly balance sheet and income statement reports. You will manage tax filings, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Property Tax (IBI), Business Tax (IAE), and energy-related taxes.
