Spécification du rôle Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le domaine du Real Estate , DEERNS recherche pour son bureau parisien un(e) Chef(fe) de Projet . Vous serez en charge du pilotage global de projets variés MEP dans le secteur du Real Estate (hôtellerie, bureaux, établissements scolaires, sites industriels, etc.). À ce titre, vous superviserez l’ensemble des phases liées à la construction, à la rénovation, à la restructuration ou à la réhabilitation de bâtiments tertiaires, commerciaux, industriels ou institutionnels. Votre rôle consistera à garantir la maîtrise technique, organisationnelle et stratégique des opérations, en assurant leur qualité, leur performance et le respect des coûts et délais.…
