About this role
Mandate: Reporting to the Director, Technology Solutions, IT, the D365 Business Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Delmar’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and related business applications. The position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Technology Services, vendors, and implementation partners to understand business requirements, analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate operational needs into effective system solutions. The D365 Business Analyst will support the ongoing administration, configuration, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft Power Platform technologies.…
