About this role

We are strengthening our specialist Commercial Due Diligence and Strategy team , advising private equity investors, selected corporate acquirers and portfolio company leadership teams. Our core work is commercial due diligence, growth strategy and value creation across the investment lifecycle. For private equity clients, we support target screening, commercial due diligence, value creation planning, portfolio company strategy and exit preparation. For corporate clients, we focus on commercial due diligence and acquisition-related growth questions, working alongside Deloitte's M&A, tax, legal, technology and sector teams.…
