About this role
Role Overview Delta Capita is seeking experienced ISDA Documentation Negotiators to support our clients across the financial services sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for the end-to-end negotiation and management of OTC derivatives documentation, primarily under the ISDA Master Agreement framework. This is a client-facing contract role requiring strong technical knowledge of derivatives documentation and a commercial understanding of risk management. Key Responsibilities Lead the negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (CSAs), and related schedules with counterparties including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and corporates.…
