About Deluxe Holiday Homes Deluxe Technologies is the Armenia arm of the Deluxe Homes Group — a Dubai-based group managing 700+ premium short-term rentals across several licensed entities, a real- estate brokerage and joint ventures. We are building the group’s financial control and analysis function in Yerevan, working hand-in-hand with the Dubai accounting team in the same time zone. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to own the group’s budgets, consolidation, cost control and financial analysis. You turn clean accounting data into a clear picture of where the money goes, what each property and entity earns, and where the cash will be. This is a broad ownership role.…
