Job Description: Key Accountabilities : Provides legal and strategic advice to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation on relevant subjects to ensure compliance with legal , regulatory requirements , and dentsu’s internal policies and protection of d entsu’s best commercial interests. Drafts, negotiates and advises various matters to commercial teams on complex commercial agreements to achieve the most advantageous and/or beneficial legal and commercial terms for d entsu . Provides legal support (templates, advice, risk management, subject matter knowledge) to accelerate and underpin the expansion of company strategy.
