You'll build the financial and measurement frameworks that turn ambiguous initiatives into clear, defensible numbers, then translate those numbers into recommendations executives can act on. This role blends financial modeling with broader value-realization work: measuring whether change is actually landing, and putting a number on what happens when it doesn't .
