Job Description: Must-Have Skills Salesforce Data Cloud Expertise Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and administration. Strong knowledge of: Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, Calculated Insights, Audience Segmentation and Activation Targets AI-driven segmentation, propensity modeling, and Next Best Action use cases. Predictive audiences for churn, cross-sell, upsell, and customer lifetime value. Experience integrating with tools like CRM, Marketing Automation, Web, Mobile App, Commerce, and Loyalty data. Data & Technical Skills Strong SQL proficiency. Understanding of customer data architecture and Customer 360 concepts. Experience with APIs, ETL processes, and data integrations.…
