JOB PURPOSE
As a User Researcher, you help product teams make confident, customer-centered decisions by uncovering real user needs, motivations, behaviors and opportunities. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on research to explore problem spaces, test hypotheses and turn insights into action.
In this role, you’ll work at the core of one of our key client teams, shaping how research contributes to the development of digital products and services.
