Stellenbeschreibung: Die Postbank Filialvertrieb AG berät bundesweit Kund*innen zu Finanzdienstleistungen und Non ‑ Banking ‑ Produkten (z. B. Post ‑ Services ). Wir stehen f ü r verl ä sslichen Service, pers ö nliche Beratung und Zusammenarbeit auf Augenh ö he. Ihre Aufgaben Sie sprechen Kund*innen aktiv an und beraten zu Basis ‑ Finanzdienstleistungen (z. B. Girokonto, Karten, Sparen, Bausparen, Ratenkredit, Sachversicherung) sowie zu digitalen Services der Postbank (ohne Wertpapier). Sie unterstützen Kund*innen bei der Nutzung von Selbstbedienungs ‑ und Automationslösungen in der Filiale. Sie erkennen Cross ‑ Selling ‑ Ansätze und leiten Kund*innen bedarfsorientiert weiter (z. B.
