If so, DFW Airport is looking for you to join our Skylink Services team as a Skylink Transportation Administrator ! What You’ll Be Doing: Monitor, assess, and respond to Skylink customer service concerns and maintenance performance. Support control center operations and serve as a backup operator as needed. Coordinate and conduct educational tours of the Skylink system and support public communications in collaboration with Marketing and Public Affairs. Track and report service metrics by generating daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports.…
