Job Overview GENERAL SUMMARY Under supervision of their manager and/or Lead Field Technicians, provides complex preventive maintenance, testing, and repair service of computer hardware, primarily on stand-alone or networked PCs. Coordinates the installation, maintenance and support required to maintain a variety of networked PCs. Provides technical support to Technicians in performance of duties. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Consults with Management to review the feasibility of systems requests from client departments. Performs inspections, installations, preventive maintenance, testing, and repair of IT equipment at various customer sites. Troubleshoots complex problems with hardware and software.…
