Job Overview GENERAL SUMMARY Under the direction of the Application Development Manager, the Sr. Associate Full-Stack Engineer – Custom develops, tests, and maintains applications with increasing independence. This position builds on foundational skills by working on more complex features, participating more actively in the development lifecycle, and beginning to assist junior team members. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Designs, codes, and implements medium‑to‑complex features and enhancements, leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity, quality, and maintainability.
