Crew Supervisor

Position Summary Responsible for the day-to-day work of his/her crew, including: its work schedule, job assignments, plants and materials, equipment and power tools, cost effectiveness, work quality, training and safety. Ensures that all assignments are implemented and completed. Sets example for all crew members. Oversees safe loading and driving of vehicle. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise assigned laborers and ensure their compliance with all work orders, company policies, regulations, and work assignments. Ensure crew readiness for each daily work assignment, including crew preparation, truck, trailer, and motorized equipment operation, power and hand tools, job materials.
