Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a site within our South Bay portfolio, specifically, Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate must have experience with basic plumbing, electrical, appliance problem solving and general carpentry. This position requires interaction with residents as well as vendors and other team members. A successful candidate will be a good problem solver and a self-starter.
