The Clinical Skills Program Lead (CSPL), supports the professional growth of the organ operations team. In collaboration with the Clinical Skills Trainers and Director of Clinical Skills & Practices, this role designs and oversees Clinical Skills and Practices (CSP) programs and operations and participates in delivering and evaluating learner-centered and performancebased curricula.…
