Wir suchen Dich als Lead Operational Excellence (Elternzeitvertretung – 15 Monate) als Unterstützung für das Local Operational Excellence Team in Berlin.
Als Lead Operational Excellence übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung, Skalierung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer operativen Prozesse im Bereich Customer Operations bei Doctolib Deutschland. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team identifizierst und implementierst Du sowohl taktische als auch strategische Verbesserungen in den Bereichen Customer Operations und Customer Success – immer mit dem Ziel, unsere Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit nachhaltig zu steigern.…
