Si tienes experiencia gestionando cuentas B2C, orientación genuina al cliente y habilidad para construir relaciones de largo plazo, queremos conocerte. SOBRE EL ROL Serás responsable de gestionar una cartera de 250 médicos, acompañándolos en cada etapa de su ciclo de vida como clientes: desde el onboarding hasta la renovación. Tu objetivo será garantizar su satisfacción, maximizar el valor del servicio y asegurar su permanencia.
