About this role
Duties: Provide traditional caddy services including carrying bags, advising players on selection of proper club for play, reading the greens and raking the bunkers.
Requirements: Minimum 3 months of traditional caddie experience within the prior 5 years. Background checks & post-offer pre-employment drug screenings conducted equally between the US and the H2B workers. Must be available to work a minimum of 6 days of the week, depending on schedule.
Rate of Pay: $95.00 per 18 hole walking loop; $47.50 per 9 hole walking loop; $47.50 per 18 hole forecaddy loop; and $23.75 per 9 hole forecaddy loop. However, wage rate will in no case be less than the prevailing wage, $15.60/hour. Overtime possible based on company need paid at $23.40/hr. Tips paid by/at Club Member discretion.…
