About this role
Primarily responsible for seating guests and taking orders. Duties include: providing menus, taking orders, and answering inquiries regarding menu items; serving food and drinks; monitoring tables for customer satisfaction; handling payments; cleaning and resetting tables; assisting with special events; providing quality service to customers; following health and safety regulations.
Must have the ability to provide sales and customer service and use tools that are standard with a restaurant; must be able to understand and follow instructions and safety rules. Basicliteracy skills consistent with 6th grade reading, writing, and math.
