The Team Lead plays a crucial role in supporting and driving our company's strategy by ensuring Technical Excellence and Hands On Delivery for the squad. Works with the technical leadership and stakeholders to define technical requirements, shape the platform roadmap, and drive value through reliable, reusable capabilities. Sets and continuously improves technical standards and delivery patterns for the crew. Ensures platform decisions are made with a product mindset - understanding the needs of internal product teams as customers and their end users as the ultimate beneficiary. The Team Lead form a technical perspective will be backend focused and will have experience with data analytics at an enterprise level, up to millions of users.…
