Corporate Counsel Vancouver, BC On-Site, Full-Time Reference Number: CAN-BC-NO-119-140726 SUMMARY Reporting to the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, the Corporate Counsel will support Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. (TSX: DBM) and its Canadian and U.S. operations across a broad range of legal, governance, commercial and compliance matters. The role will work closely with senior management, divisional leaders and external counsel, with a focus on corporate governance, employment law, health and safety, environmental law, real estate matters, resolution of disputes and claims and general legal risk management. The successful candidate will bring sound judgment, practical problem solving skills, strong drafting ability, and a business-minded approach to legal advice.…
