About the Team
This role reports into our New Verticals team, which was launched in 2020 with the purpose of delighting our customers and empowering our local economies outside of just restaurants. Since then, we’ve launched Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail, and DashMarts while also building merchant services, dasher tooling and consumer products.
About the Role
Each week, millions of customers place an order that is shopped for by a Dasher in a grocery, retail, or convenience store. While most orders go well, we still see significant operational errors that occur due to payment discrepancies, poor inventory feeding, tooling integration bugs and so much more! These operational errors can impact order accuracy, consumer satisfaction, merchant partnerships and financial outcomes.…
