About the Role DoorDash Labs is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Battery Hardware Technician to join our hardware engineering team. In this role, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for supporting the development, prototyping, and validation of our next-generation battery systems. You will bridge the gap between design and reality by building prototype battery packs, executing critical testing procedures, and managing day-to-day operations of our battery lab. If you thrive in a fast-paced R&D environment and love working directly with cutting-edge energy storage systems, we want you on our team.
