About this role
Ihre Rolle Support the Key Account Management team in daily sales and customer activities. Maintain and update customer, sales, and lead data in the CRM system. Prepare customer reports, sales analyses, presentations, and Excel-based data evaluations. Research potential customers, key contacts, competitors, and market trends. Support business development activities, sales campaigns, and follow-up on sales opportunities. Assist in the preparation of customer meetings, proposals, tenders, and sales documentation. Perform general administrative tasks to ensure efficient sales operations.
