About this role
WHAT YOU’LL DO The primary responsibility of the Bartender is to oversee all aspects of the bar, from preparation to service, and to ensure that supplies and stock are at sufficient levels to accommodate business demands during their shift. They also provide guidance to the Apprentice Bartender and are responsible for mixing and serving drinks to customers during their shift, as well as accounting for all stock and supplies used. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
