About this role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage, mentor, and drive a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed targets. You will be responsible for coaching your team, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration. Responsibilities Report directly to their assigned Sales Manager. Manage and mentor approximately 4–15 Property Consultants. Specialize in communities and areas designated by their Sales Manager. Support their team with prospecting, listings, viewings, negotiations, and overall performance. Coach and develop their agents while maintaining accountability and consistency.
