About Healthcare Patient Access Director The Director of Pre-Arrival Services is responsible for the overall direction and management of the staff and activities which are performed prior to the patient’s arrival at a point of service. Responsible for implementation of system Access strategy in scheduling, financial clearance, pricing transparency and concierge functions, in coordination with our Physician Services and our Hospital and ambulatory facilities. The Director ensures that patient access services are delivered according to the organization standards and client-specific Service Level Agreements, as applicable.
