Job Description: The Eligibility Officer will be required to make decisions on whether to accept, or reject claims, and transition claims to appropriate Case Managers for ongoing management. The role will also calculate PIAWE, advise Dispute Resolutions Managers for rationale for original decisions and identify the recovery potential of claims. Your strength in technical knowledge of the relevant legislation and resilience to achieve business and Worksafe objectives, through utilisation of your analytical and communication capability will see your success in this position.…
