Job Description: Are you an experienced leader within Workers’ Compensation who is passionate about supporting injured workers and driving positive return-to-work outcomes? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Return to Work Team Manager (0 – 70 weeks) to lead a team of case managers supporting injured people recovery and return to work. In this role, you will provide leadership, coaching and operational support while ensuring high-quality, timely and customer-focused outcomes for injured workers, employers and key stakeholders.
