As CRM Manager, you deliver campaigns that drive acquisition, growth, and engagement across the customer lifecycle using email, app notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS. You act as the CRM expert in every phase of campaign rollout, from design and planning to build, launch, and optimization. You will be providing tactics for campaign segmentation and personalization to maximize relevance and effectiveness. You ensure every campaign meets the latest standards and business requirements. You are responsible for managing the global CRM calendar and maintaining the automated marketing journeys that are triggered daily. As the main host of the Global CRM community, you empower and train local CRM managers and support markets to enhance their strategies.…
