About Us Dyson Business Services (DBS) provides process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions, continuously innovating and enhancing services to meet the evolving needs of the business. This role will be responsible for supporting the continued development of DBS, helping to embed existing teams within the DBS operating model, and building on the DBS vision. This will include defining and improving ways of working, building and maintaining effective teams, generating internal demand for DBS services, and providing local management for teams based in the Centre.
