About the role The Insights Lead enables better decisions through a deep understanding of consumers, markets and category dynamics. Working closely with Business Unit leadership, Strategy, RDD, Commercial and Go-to-Market teams, the team identifies opportunities for growth, helps shape category strategies and ensures the voice of the consumer is embedded across decision making. The team combines consumer understanding, market intelligence and commercial insight to influence decisions across the category lifecycle, from long-term strategy and innovation through to launch and in-market optimisation.…
