About this role

Als Team & Project Lead System Integration verantwortest du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Teams System Integration sowie die Steuerung anspruchsvoller IT- und Systemintegrationsprojekte im sicherheitstechnischen Umfeld. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass Kundenprojekte effizient, qualitativ hochwertig und termingerecht umgesetzt sowie erfolgreich in den Betrieb und Support überführt werden. Deine Aufgaben Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams System Integration einschließlich Zielvereinbarungen, Mitarbeitergesprächen und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen.
