Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days (United States of America) LOCATION : This position will float to all off-site locations HOURS : Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, with call rotation Job Summary: Responsible for accomplishing corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems. Create a successful customer service relationship. Performs a variety of duties, related to all maintenance disciplines including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, pneumatic tube, all central energy plant equipment, carpentry, and other responsibilities as assigned. Provides in-depth knowledge and trouble shooting skills on the above maintenance disciplines.…
