HR Generalist

Performing end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and personnel files. Update and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the administration of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and letters. Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
