About this role

Deine Aufgaben Kundenbindung & Ausbau: Du betreust bestehende Kunden, erkennst neue Bedarfe und arbeitest eng mit internen Fachabteilungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Serviceangeboten und Kundenlösungen. Ganzheitliche Objektbetreuung im Facility Management und die damit verbundene Organisation von Services im technischen, infrastrukturellen und kaufmännischen Bereich. Sicherstellung der Vertrags- und QMS-gerechten Abwicklung aller Property Management-Dienstleistungen, sowie die Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards bei der Wartung und Prüfung der Gebäudetechnik.
